Service terms
Use the product with rights, review, and operational discipline.
- Account responsibilityYou are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, managing authorized users, and ensuring activity in the workspace is permitted by your organization.
- Subscriptions and creditsPlans may include trial access, paid subscriptions, credits, user limits, project limits, support levels, and usage restrictions. Additional terms may be provided during checkout or enterprise contracting.
- Source content rightsYou must only upload provider artwork, game assets, brand materials, metadata, and prompts that you have the right to process through the service.
- Generated assetsGenerated outputs are intended for your approved lobby, campaign, CMS, and catalog workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
- Acceptable useDo not use the service for illegal content, infringement, deceptive use, security testing without authorization, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
- Service changesFeatures, plans, limits, output formats, and integrations may change as the product evolves. Enterprise commitments should be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.
